Ask 10 Friends to Fan the Flame

As a volunteer and supporter of Special Olympics Missouri, we’re asking you to Ask 10 Friends to support the SOMO Training for Life Campus with a donation.

By challenging 10 friends to match your donation of $50 or more, you’re spreading the word about the importance of the Training for Life Campus for the 15,000+ SOMO athletes. These dedicated athletes have never had a place to call their own – never a home court advantage – until the Training for Life Campus is built.

The donations of your 10 friends and yourself will go a long way toward reaching the final $1.5 million needed to build the Campus.

How to Ask 10 Friends:

Make a list of the 10 friends you’re asking. Write down the first name, last name and email address of each person you ask.
Log in and click on your Participation Center link above. Choose the Email tab to select a pre-written email message ready for you to personalize and send to each of 10 friends. You can customize the message with a personal note your friends will appreciate.
We’ll automatically send out thank you notes to each of your friends who participates and donates. We’ll let you know how your “team” is doing on our website.

Special Olympics Missouri is a year-round program of sports training and athletic competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. More than 15,000 athletes participate in 21 Olympic-type sports throughout the state.
